Our Philosophy

The preschool years are by far the most important period of your child’s education. Children who attend high quality preschools tend to have a positive transition into kindergarten, are much more successful in later school years and show higher verbal and intellectual development than children who do not attend high quality programs.

Unfortunately, far too many preschools rely on slick marketing, new buildings with eye-catching playgrounds, and skilled salespeople who greet visiting parents.  Behind their impressive facades, though, these preschools are remarkably similar to one another.

They offer cookie-cutter curricula developed to be easily implemented by inexperienced teachers. They pay low wages, serve pre-packaged meals and snacks, and design their programs with their investors, not your child, in mind. Worst of all, important decisions about your child’s care are made by corporate managers miles away, not hands on owners who know your child by name
